Fair Use Policy

Included edits

Monthly plans include reasonable website edits while the subscription is active. This is designed for normal updates such as copy changes, image swaps, small layout adjustments and minor content additions.

Not included as standard

Large redesigns, new major functionality, repeated urgent same-day work, complex integrations, large content migrations or requests that substantially change the original scope may require a separate quote.

Timing

Edits are handled as promptly as practical. Urgent work is not guaranteed unless separately agreed.

Purpose

The policy exists to keep monthly plans fair, sustainable and affordable while still giving clients useful ongoing support.
